Show Notes

welcome to episode 113 of the program

fig 1 : rules for entry to Lawrence’s pad (taken from ‘Lawrence Of Belgravia’, 2011, Paul Kelly), almost word for word the same sign I’ve had posted above my front door since moving to Austin some 18 years ago (there’s a few minor changes, see below).  It’s worked out almost as well for me as it has for Lawrence — my residence is largely handprint / wetness free.

fig 2 :  John Entwistle action figure, circa 2015.  I have not kept it in the original packaging out of concern for resale value, but rather I was not confident visitors to my home would respect rule #3 (“do not touch John Entwistle action figure)

I remain curious if someone were to manufacture an action figure for Choking Hazard bassist Tyler Evans if it would still be necessary to print a “choking hazard” warning on the box, or would that be redundant.
